TheTrooper

I've been searching the Storm Plains and the Dera Reaches for a while now and I can't find a Puresteel Blade I'm trying to make a Shock Trooper based off the artifacts and skills from the Shock Trooper Guide in Stategy Central. So far I've been sucessful, I only have one artifact left to make but I can't complete the character without the Puresteel blade. If someone can tell me where to find one that would be much appreciated.
