The Chief spider would not give me a new quest though.

I did the shaman quest and it did not remove the guard spider just the webs on the other side. How do I get the guard spider to move?

I got this anvil quest a long time ago, now finally I progressed far enough into the game where I got the boat and went up river. I am standing outside Ft. Draco but dont know how to open the gates to find the anvil. Do I still need to go farther in the story line to open them?

I have tried several random buttons to try and remove a spell in my quick slot so I could put a new spell there. Perhaps I missed it in the Help files but I cannot locate a solution.

Like Anatomy, I have 2 int, 10 in Swords. I am following the forums with all the skill lists. Any help would be appreciated.
