I am having the same problem. I ordered through realarcade and still can't play most areas. I have already gone through their customer support 6 times and not one thing helped. Did you ever find a solution? I am about to redown load my video and sound cards but I have very little faith it will help. Any info someone can give me would be greatly appretiated. Thanks
