Geneforge 5 is playing rather slowly for me (meaning it's lagging quite a bit). The lag is the worst when I'm in a fight. I have a fairly powerful laptop (Core i5 processor, 4gb ram, Intel graphics driver with 128mb of dedicated graphics, etc. I've never had problems with previous Geneforge games, but this one seems to be the exception. I already updated my graphics driver, I'm playing in fast graphics mode, and taken all the other usual steps. What else should I try?

As a lifecrafter in G4, its so much fun to make creations. There are the basics: Fyora, Artila, and Thad. Then Roamers, Clawbugs, and Vlish, and so on. I was wondering about what else there is. If you can make fyoras, can you make cryoas? How about Battle Betas? Cyrodrayks? Ur-Glaahks? Shock Tralls?

Ok, so we all get new computers every few years or so. I bought Geneforge 4 (greatest game ever by the way ) for my old computer which is now probably deep within a junk yard. This was actually quite a while ago, as I became absorbed in a new game for quite some time. I no longer have the registration cose, but I do have billing info and such, I will give whatever of it is requested. Is it possible to get the game back and put it on my new computer?
