  1. I was just wondering if there is a call for a time limit

    eg. Say, in the scenerio, some dude told you that you had to be back by a certain time. I was hoping there was a call to get the ticks from when you leave the place till you get back.

  4. Does anyone know how to get an Item to do only work for one turn then go away.

     

    I'm trying to make a wand which, once you use it, it turns on the set_total_visibility call. But I only want to do this once a turn so when you use it turns on the toatl visibility and then once you move it turns itself back off.

    It's not seeming to work for me am I doing anything wrong.

    it looks wrong but I'm not sure what to change. Please Help! Anyone?

    How many people are making scenarios at the moment. If you are, could you maybe write little info about it and what we can expect in it. Maybe even the rough date of when it might come out.

     

    I'm working on one myself. It will be called "Deception"

    You are a thief. You have to venture in the scenario trying to find quests to complete and "Jobs" to do.

    It's not a Linear Game and it doesn't really have a Linear Story Line.

     

    At the moment I'm working on the first dungeon of the game and touching up the scripts.

     

    Hopefully it will be out by the end of this year but I'm not to certain.

     

    Well if anyone else would like to talk about their scenario please go ahead. :-)

  7. A problem I am trying to solve at the moment is how to do text bubbles.

     

    Mainly I want to know how I can make a textbubble appear for a few turns then dissapear for a few turns and then come back and so forth.

     

    I also would like to know how you make one textbubble after the other come because I can't seem to make it work! eek

     

    Oh and another thing. Can someone help me out with this cutscene stuff i can't figure it out!

  8. Ok thanks that helped! Now I know what the problem is.

    It was the state number.

    It was right but it didn't load properly till I "refreshed" it by deleting the the special encounter and starting it again.

  9. I can't get my Special Encounter Rectangles to work!!

     

    I'm trying to make a trapdoor leading down under my town and it doesn't seem to even read the state!

    What am I doing wrong!

    I want to make a scenerio of Lord of the rings.

    Problem is I'm not that good at making custom graphics.
