I've said this before but i'll say it again: In combat mode there should be a little number by the cursor that tells you how many action points it takes to get to a certain place. I can't stand running up to a guy and then not having enough action points to hit him! Or when I try to get within range of a guy and end up inching closer and closer to him, trying to squeeze the last bit out of an action point before it rolls over again.
