Curious Artila jayc
Is there a way to change the appearance of a character on the fly? If that isn't possible, can I accomplish the change by killing the creature and plopping in a new one? Any suggestions on how to do that would be appreciated. Garrulous Glaahk spyderbytes
A combination of erase_char() and place_monster() ought to do the trick. That is, unless you're talking about the party or an NPC that's expected to have dialog--then the problem becomes much more complex.
Well-Actually War Trall Khoth
Go and play Babysitting. It has a wand of polymorph in it. Then you can look at the script and see how it's done (erase_char() and place_monster() )
Curious Artila jayc
If I could change (temporarily) the party's icons or a character with dialog, I am sure I could use that somewhere Is "Babysitting" an BoA scenario? Where?
