getting up to Northen Plateau to beat Lysack the beast

Thanks for help sorting out my earlier problem. Now I'm trying to kill Lysack the beast (sp?)so the mayor will give my a pass into Tranquility. But I can't find him. I read in another post he's ón the Northern Plateau. How do I get there and to him?

Head east from Harkin's landing. You will find a mine tended to be a Nephil. Speak with him and he will disable his traps. Enter the mine; you should find an elevator. Use the elevator and head north into the next section. Then head west to the next section. Finally head north to reach Lysaak's base.
