Couldn't figure out how to delete my thread though. - I'm past the Guarded Tunnels and already started doing Awakened quests. However the "Search Guarded Tunnels" quest is not advancing. I searched the Tunnels thoroughly, meaning the map icon turned green all paths walked and every enemy has been eradicated. After the tunnel, I've got the message about Shanti being kidnapped as well. I tried to go back in and out a few time from both directions, tried using the canister in case it was related somehow. Shanti is gone, so no possibility of talking to her either.
