ok so soloved this problem

I set the compatibility to win xp and cancel the high dpi blablabla setting.It works!

not sure which one cause the problem.

F:\GOG Games\Avernum Series\Blades of Avernum\

I think it's not in a protected folder.

I dont know when this problem appeared since I finish VoDT.

And I check the whole series,only Avernum3 has the same problem.

oh I found another thing: when BoA started,it skipped the opening automatically(the G7000.bmp)

After I completed valley of dying things,I found that I cant enter any scenarios anymore,it just freeze at the intro when it says "click mouse to continue".Same things happened even I create a new party,it cant enter the Tutorial.

I run the game in win7,brought the complete saga at gog,plz help!
