I'm stuck at the island hut after you leave formello through the tunnel. I went and talked to the alien but now it seems like my boat is missing. All my saves are on the island and I couldn't find any info on it is this a bug or am I overlooking something?

Hi everybody. I have a question about the rewards from the quest. I'm done with felixa's farm quest and am wondering if theres any use or value to the farm property that you can get as a reward option? Or should I take the item reward instead?
