I think I reached it on A2 (42 seems to be the highest you can get to, using all the Wisdom Crystals you can come across without farming potion ingredients).

For what it's worth, in A2:CS, I had three characters at 40 and one at 45 by the end without using any of the XP traits.  I'm sure I made some wisdom crystals, but I don't think I farmed them.

It looks like that 28 is for Howl of Terror, which if it's anything like it was in the past, may not be worth 10 extra levels of Arcane Lore to chase after.

I'm going for 100% or else I would certainly agree :)

You can get up to at least 7 levels in Vahnatai Lore in the game if you really try.

On your list, I only see 6 levels of Vahnatai Lore (also, it looks like you have one of them as "Vahantai" lore), so I just wanted to double check this. Also, to clarify, each of those levels is just a level for one person, not one point for everyone in the party, right?

A combination of buying 8 levels of AL, at least 4 levels of VL, and the rest Sage Lore trait for 15 will get you everything you really want.

Can you clarify what you mean by 15 for sage lore?  I thought that each of your four characters could only get sage lore once for 3 points each, which would only add up to 12.  Is there a way to get a 5th character or an extra level of sage lore?

    Thanks!

Because of damage and to hit penalties you need to start off as sword and shield. Until you have several levels of Dual Wielding, you don't want to switch over to two swords.

Game difficulty level really makes the decision on when to switch.

Yep, makes sense.  It sounds like you're saying that in the late game (once I have a bunch of points in dual wielding and the two traits), defense won't be too much of a problem, though, even on Torment?

  4. I'm trying to decide between having my tank be a dual wielder (for more damage) vs a sword and shield user (for more tankiness).

For tough fights, will the increased tankiness or the increased damage tend to matter more?

For context, my party will be this character, a spear user, a mage/priest, and a priest, and I'm planning on getting everyone adrenaline rush by mid-game.

    Thanks!

  5. I killed Limoncelli before getting the quest to do so. After that, I tried to get the quest, but I was unable to get the quest. And my previous non-quicksave was annoyingly long before that. *sigh*

While I suspect that was the issue, if you're unable to reproduce the bug, it could be that I started killing Limoncelli once, then left to heal up, then killed him.

Aimee only teaches one level of Dispel Barrier, so my only choice is to reload earlier, right?
