    Barrier Tower - Dispel Barrier 3

    I am in the barrier tower, and if I have read the other forum posts correctly, this is where I can get Dispel 3. At the back of the Tower, there is a door to the building, but it seems that I need level 3 Dispel to get to it. If I go down the rapids after the river fort, I can't get back.

     

    Either this is a cruel joke, or I am missing something.

     

    Help would be appreciated.
