I quit and restarted the game and it worked this time, I think it was glitching thanks anyways.

It hasn't :s I've circled the place 3 times already, and left and came back and tried again. I tried using the crystal again, but whenever i get near it "the glow from the crystal fades"

I've gotten the quest from King Micah, I've talked to Rone, Patrick, and Erika, I have the royal seal and the blessed athame, but I can't get the crystal to open anything for me, the crystal stops glowing when I get close. I'm pretty sure I'm missing something but I have no idea what.

When I talk to Khoth about the scroll that was stolen from him and offer to get it back, he says not to bother because all humans are thieves (summary)

Isn't he supposed to give me the "Khoth's Scroll" quest and let me get the scroll back for him??

I attacked and looted the empire fort and got the scroll before I discovered Khoth's lair.

On another note, who should I give Pyrog's papers to? So far, Kyass, someone from the tower of Magi, and the empire spy all want them.

I can't seem to find the Tool Skills icon in the training screen, how do you level that up now? (I noticed that priest skill, mage skill, magic and a few more are also missing) Did they move them somewhere else?

When I want to play the game in a window instead of in fullscreen mode, I have to close the game and reopen it to change the settings, there used to be an option to change that in-game, was it just moved or deleted?

Also, You can't close doors behind you now? *sigh*

Takes more effort to steal without being caught.
