Unless you jailbreak your iPad. You can use iFile and then you can transfer files, edit files, etc.

Tried new game and it loaded fine. Must be a problem with my saved games.

I just installed the patch on my iPad 2 and the game is lagging so badly it is unplayable. I have loaded numerous save games with no luck.

No. There are no Jeff-made cheats for hidden switches, and the big downside of the iPad version is that you can't access the scripts and build in a cheat yourself. Sorry.
