If stunning in A6 works in the same manner as it did in the Geneforge series, there's no way you can protect yourself against it. You just have to find a way around it. Perhaps summons?

My minimum requirement for graphics is that they do their job. ASCII graphics can be sometimes better than 20x60 resolution drawn graphics.

I'm also itching to get to play A6.

It should be layered so that newbies can allocate their skills easily and effectively but advanced players would have a lot room for tweaking and optimizing.

I hope Jeff's next game will be a scifi rpg with thrice as complex skill system as in A6.

Lol the campaign just tries to point out the supposed equality of all animals by creating a humorous analogy with cats and fish.

A general rule of thumb: if it's not bolted to the floor, steal it. Even if you can gain only 1 coin from selling it, steal it. Use all your free steal in areas. Investigate first what you want to use your free steals on though.

I think there should be an additional option for permadeath. Afterall, it doesn't take anything away but instead gives something.

If it gaining one level takes several thousand coins, I don't think it's an exploit. Sounds like a planned end-game activity.
