thanks but I have already stranded my boats before I went North. I know where a couple are but of course I need a boat to get to them. I have even tried fighting the angry drunks on the one boat and still can't get it, is there any hope?

I have left my boat up in the Northern Frontier and transported back and now I have no boat in the docks. How can I get back on a boat to go north again?
