Is there a problem with the entrance to the north power crystal in the golem spire puzzle?  I have been all over the place looking for it.  I can see the secret exit on top of the mesa where the crystal is, but no way to get into it from the outside.

I am trying to get to Rentar in the last fight of the game and I can't turn off the golem machine. I killed the lich and got the gate open. Went down the stairs and tried to turn off the machine, but it won't go off. Did I do something wrong or is it a defect?
