  1. Another bug....

I have been cleaning the crypt on the second island. Before combat, I dropped all the heavy things -- some thirty living tools, twenty pieces of lab equipment. I have lived through two waves of attackers. It appears that everything lying on the ground was deleted when dead monsters dropped new things.

Now, where do I report bugs?

And how can I cheat the tools into my inventory or wherever?

  2. You sure you want to hear spoilers? Well, here they are.

In G1 game ends when protagonist leaves the island. If he uses the geneforge, he creates a small state of his own and engages into cold war with the Council. If he does not destroy the Geneforge before leaving, well, that starts a outburst of violence on the continent. I have heard there is no loyal purist ending, even if you don't use canisters. I do not know what happens if you work with either sholai or the shaper -- didn't trust them one bit.

G2 seems to be able to assume an ending with destroyed geneforge.

In G2 loyalist ending causes destruction of Barzites, enslavement of the free serviles and dissapearance of the Takers -- I guess that is the ending assumed in G3. If you side with the serviles, they form a tiny state with great defences and live happily ever after. Didn't try to join the other factions, so ask around.

  3. Eh... different difficulty settings?... come to think of it, all three games did mention something about difficulty from time to time....

No, I only play at the default difficulty settings. There can be no point in increasing it for me, for for complexity of tactics and strategy I play... another game. Guess will check the torment difficulty tomorrow to see how Alwan performs.

  4. I have just landed on the fifth island. I have kept Alwan in the party since the beginning. I decided that:

People who say that Greta is better than Alwan in combat simply don't plan their battles well. Ever since start I maximized Alwan's defences, since I knew he will always be in the first line. Max dexterity, shield, ess shield and armor, augmentation, steel skin. Right now he is a killing machine. He can kill almost everyone we meet. If he can't -- he can hold them long enough for my PC agent to drop all the excess weight and join in the fight.

They both are great, you simply have to use them correctly.

  5. You all are missing the point.

Have you examined carefully the lady that meets you outside of the school? Read the description, take a look what creations she has with her. The G3 concept is drastically different from previous games in the series. No longer it is shapers justice vs servile justice, it is whether you protect the system you hold a rather humble place in or break it in hopes to gain some power in the new world. Cmon, you don't really believe these slogans about justice and freedom? They are just slogans, propaganda to attract the ignorant masses. The rebels tend to treat everybody just like Shapers, or worse.

  6. The topic is probably to filter out the worst suggestions. No I won't send request to add second mouse button scroll option....

But how come Mac only supports only one mouse button? Isn't it a lot more convinient to have four mouse buttons plus a wheel?

Come to think of it, I would like to have two wheels and three buttons...

  7. Tell me, does anyone that is responsible for development read the forum, or should I send them email with the ideas?

    1. Interface

Make more use of "Enter" key.

Scroll the screen with right mouse button.

    2. Plot.

Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts completely. Shapers and the rogues are equal powers. The protagonist again is forced to choose between them only to find that there is no longer a difference: Shapers secretly negotiate with rogues to avoid war and direct confronation, to make drayks turn against drakons, while rogues treat serviles and each other just like shapers do
