For some reason, 4 is the only one that actually made me want to buy it. 1 and 2 were good, but there's something about the story this time around that really grabs me. It's probably that I've always sided with the rebels, but this time, my morals force me to go with the Shapers(then, of course, incite another rebellion led by my character that actually practices what we preach).

edit: heh, first post in a while... just remembered how stupid my sig is.

my current combo is:me/Fyora/Alwan/Vlish, gotten in that order. My favorite out of them would be the Vlish, because the attacks are pretty strong, and they poison and slow the guys, which is good(the poison helped me kill that golem in the proving grounds(?) on Greenwood).

Hmmmmmm..... Reminds me of the current war..... We have the corrupt government, the crazy rebels, and the widespread feeling of nationalism/fanaticism........COINCIDENCE?

I picked Alwan because of 1) his meat-shield tendencies.

2) He at least has the decency to keep himself presentable(GF3 says that Greta is in need of a wash).

3) he seems like a real person! I mean, you can tell he was going to go out and kill every creation he sees until he gets hit in the face by an artila's acid. Greta, on the other hand, really didnt care that creations just killed many innocents.

and 4) at the same level, Greta was killed in 2 hits in the Creator battle in Greenwood, while Alwan stayed alive during the fight(I was killed, not Alwan )

Sorry if this is the wrong board,but I didn't know which one to pick. I can't find the Editor!! Do you need to download it??

wait a second...i haven't been able to use it,and,now that i did,it doesn't work in the data file! the error occurs when i turn the editor on,and it says it can't find graphic 2000,and to make sure the editor is in the data folder. it also says to make sure the graphics are "where they should be",wherever that is.when i press ok,it says:"the editor was unable to find and open the file warriorgrove.bas. until the file is restored,you will not be able to make a new scenario with warrior's grove in it". it crashes after i try to open my scenario. it says"unhandled exception:c0000005 at address: 0042fd58". and my operating system? windows xp professinal.

the scenario didn't work. and yes,i unzipped it

edit:forget it,i didn't know it was a Boe file

ok,in the scenario,i've gotten the death charm,but don't know how to use it! anyone know how?

P.S. you can get the scenario by clicking on neat stuff from the homepage,and going to the BOA cookbook.

That poll was rather.....morbid. I mean,killing isn't everything! It's just an easy alternative.

you know the geneforge 1 cheats? well you can use them in geneforge 2! i was able to join the awakened and with zakary at the same time!

Well,at the begininning,when i turn on the editor,it says that it cant find graphic 2000,or something.I think this is a problem that a lot of people have,but i don't know how to fix it.Yes,i know porting a scenario takes work,but it can't be that hard,right?And yes,i'm using that import button.

okay,but,now,i'm trying to copy some of the BoE files with the editor,but it keeps crashing.If someone can put one on the website,or prove it's impossible,i would be happy.

My UT2004 demo worked on my old computer,but the full version didn't,so it is possible that its because of your computer.

If that doesn't work,just e-mail spidweb.They'll tell you what to do from there.and yes,it worked with me.
