yeah i am using 800x600, i'm jusat to lazy to switch. That command + tab works, thanks a lot for the help and sorry i wasted the past twenty minutes on it

actually all that does is makes the screen move up towards the upper-left corner, it doesn't let you see applications in the background

well I guess I coulld try playing it in classic mode but then what was the point in downloading a carbon version? (don't bother answering that, just a useless question) I didn't know I could put it in a window mode, how do I do it?

I'm playing Avernum 3 1.1.1 on Mac os 10.1.5 and have found that I can't access the apple menu when I've opened the application, which makes multi-tasking very hard if not impossible. Its very annoying when somebody sends me an IM and I can't respond without quiting the game, is there some way to do this that I've overlooked or is this a bug nobody else has experienced before? I searched this forum and didn't find anything related to my problem here. Any help greatly appreciated.
