I still have not found this conduit, so probably yes... Where is it? (I have cleared Shadow Road before receiving the quest)

Gentlemen,

I believe that I looked deeply enough through this forum, google and most importantly Shadow Road, however I cannot find the Crystal Conduit for Sage Taygen's quest... I had cleared East, Middle and West Shadow Road and still nothing. Is it a bug or maybe I am blind enough to do not see this?
