Tenderfoot Thahd Mojo the Avenger Posted May 28, 2010 Share Posted May 28, 2010 I've never had a problem with any spiderweb game on any computer on any operating system, going back as far as various exile games on windows 3.1. Avernum 6 is choppy and painfully slow to respond no matter what settings I use. Specs: Intel quad core 2.4 ghz processor GeForce 260 4 gigs ram SATA hard drive My drivers are up to date and the computer runs everything I throw at it flawlessly so I doubt it's a configuration problem on my end, but I'm willing to try any suggestions. Also apparantly I'm missing d3dx9_32.dll so Avernum 6 DX.exe is of no help.
