oh nevermind, I had to start most of the dungeon over again because I didn't go to the first curtained control panel first. It put a laser beam there that I couldn't cross. Sighh. Problem solved.

Hi guys, I had a question. In the keep of Rentar-Ihrno I'm in the lower level, trying to click the control panels, but some of them seemed to be blocked by lasers? Like the northeast one. Am I missing something to have turned it off? Thanks!

I paid the thieves' guild in Lorelei for passage but whenever I try to make my way through the passage by Blackcrag Fortress, everyone attacks me. Did I trigger something? (when I first enter, an alarm goes off but then someone shouts out "come in, keep to yourself and you can stay at the inn" or somesuch. but guards still attack me) Thanks to anyone that has info!

Oh, no. It's like. When you walk into Gale, the Northwest corner of town has a holy temple. Behind the confession rooms attached to it, there's a blank space on the map. When you walk all along the walls, you can cast far sight and see this hidden room with chairs and what looks like a bookcase. I've googled a couple different walkthroughs/maps, but none of them seem to mention this area? :\

Hello everyone. I've been trying to see if any post addresses this, but I didn't find anything. Does anyone know how to get into the hidden room/area behind the holy temple in Gale? I know it's there because I used Far Sight and there's a bunch of stuff back there. But no matter how I try to walk into that place, I can't get in. Thanks for any info!

Hi guys! Thanks for the replies. Uhm, I copied the save files and even the game itself but it just starts out as a new game with no saved entries and even a different registration code. Any advice on how to fix that?

Hi! I was wondering if I could bring my saved game of Avernum 6 back home instead of just playing it at my boyfriend's house (which is where I started playing the demo, and got pretty far into it.)? I don't want to have to start all over. I tried copying the saved files but I don't think it's letting me play it with the saved files. Thanks for any info!

Hello! Don't know if anyone talked about this recently, but does anyone know what happened to (and if they are still accessible) Silverchat's maps and walkthroughs? I'm onto Avernum 2 now and am using this map "http://hasenjs.byethost33.com/Avernum2/mainmap2.html", which isn't what I'm used to, and not as extensive as the maps silverchat put up. Thanks for any info!
