Moulton

I am unable to complete a quest. I have the quest ' Journey the Vol' which is associated with the location 'The Barb's Bastion'. After clearing out the Rusty barb from their hideout, killing their leader and returning to speak with Miranda the quest is never completed (and the dialogue options Miranda gives about the Barb seem contradictory) Returning to the 'The Barb's Bastion' it still appears cleared. There are no enemies and chests are empty. I'm on PC.
