Lilith Posted February 16, 2007 Share Posted February 16, 2007 They have the highest defensive rating of any non-artifact boots, and there's nothing else special about them. They're actually not all that impressive; the Captain's Boots, Stability Boots and Quicksilver Sandals are all probably better choices overall.
