Fledgling Fyora The Penguin Lord
Ok, I just bought Geneforge 1 and 2 on Realarcade.com, but every time I try to play the supposedly "unlocked" versions, they act like a demo (as in, say I need to register to unlock)! I've tried rebooting, redownloading, customer support, but nothing has worked. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Hatchling Cockatrice Alorael at Large
Contact RealArcade. I don't think Spiderweb has any control over the registration they provide. If their customer support doesn't support customers, you may be stuck. —Alorael, who has limited experience with RealArcade. Are you supposed to just buy and download the game from them, then install it and have it registered? If so, do they give any information about which operating systems will and will not work? Fledgling Fyora The Penguin Lord
Ok, I'll try e-mailing Jeff... On RA, you can either download free demo or buy full version for $20 and download that... they don't say anything about reg codes. They said my OS and specs checked out ok though. Fledgling Fyora amandagrace79
I am having the same problem. I ordered through realarcade and still can't play most areas. I have already gone through their customer support 6 times and not one thing helped. Did you ever find a solution? I am about to redown load my video and sound cards but I have very little faith it will help. Any info someone can give me would be greatly appretiated. Thanks
Easygoing Eyebeast keira
You should probably e-mail the High Lord Jeff Vogel (spidweb@spiderwebsoftware.com). Does it say if the game is registered (in one of the corners of the menu)? They probably don't know/care about Jeff's registration codes. Someone should tell them off.
