Rotghroth Rhapsody Prince of Kitties
For some reason, it's possible in the latest version of BoE to buy expensive (~30000 gold) weapon augments when you don't have enough cash for them. If you're not careful, this can give you negative gold. If you are careful, you can get infinite quantities of gold. I was able to do this in ATG: 1. Go to Solaria Library, find the efreet. 2. With ~4000 gold, have him enchant a steel bardiche. Get ~29000 gold as a result. 3. Buy stuff until I have a few thousand gold, then enchant something expensive again. Enchant cheaper weapons, buy more stuff, repeat, and soon have flaming weapons for the entire party. What with the existance of the character editor, I wouldn't consider this a huge bug, but it is kind of dumb.
Understated Ur-Drakon Celtic Minstrel
Wasn't there also something about the prices for enchantments not making sense? How does the game calculate the price for an enchantment?
Rotghroth Rhapsody Prince of Kitties
Looks to be based on the price of the weapon.
Ineffable Wingbolt Dahak
This as I recall was possible in E3. Was it possible in BoE originally?
Understated Ur-Drakon Celtic Minstrel
I'm going to guess that it was, if it was present in E3.

It's based on the price of the weapon, but expensive enchantments on expensive weapons can have weird costs that don't make sense, probably due to arithmetic overflow. Understated Ur-Drakon Celtic Minstrel
...If it were due to arithmetic overflow, wouldn't the costs be negative? Perhaps the enchantment cost calculations should be altered somehow to fix this oddness. Edit: I've added this to the list.
