Garrulous Glaahk Groovejet
If I want to call a special node when a creature is killed, do I have to do it in the creature script or in the town script? Thanks
Magnificent Ornk Kelandon
Use my Special Death script, set the memory cells appropriately, and then do it in the town script. Or, if you must, do it in the creature script in the DEAD_STATE.
Garrulous Glaahk Groovejet
Thank you very much, I see there are more scripts on your webpage, I am going to look them too since some of them may end up being useful to me. BTW, I played you BoE scenario, any chance of a sequel? It was pretty good.
Magnificent Ornk Kelandon
Heh, thanks. I intend to make the sequel... er... someday. My hope is to enter it in the Ninth Contest, assuming that such a thing occurs. The plan right now is to make it in BoE, because I would feel weird otherwise. It appears that no one has actually looked at these scripts, because the links were broken and no one informed me. Sigh. I will have to do some more blatant self-promotion. Rotghroth Rhapsody Overwhelming
I've read them, they were online when I did so.
Garrulous Glaahk Eldiran
Me as well. They're not the sort of thing people check on routinely.
Magnificent Ornk Kelandon
What I meant was that I thought I hadn't changed the page at all since I first uploaded it, which would indicate that the links had ALWAYS been broken and no one could get to the scripts. Evidently I screwed up the links more recently than that, though. Whatever. It doesn't really matter. They're fixed now.
