Chittering Clawbug laaran
Geneforge2 looks very nice. But I am left-handed and I did not find an option for the mouse (: Is there an option somewhere ? Or will there be an option in a near future ? Well-Actually War Trall Fort
What does being left-handed have anything to do with it? Just play the computer game like you would any other.
Well-Actually War Trall Custer
Isn't there a setting with one's computer which allows one to invert mouse control for easier use for southpaws?
Chittering Clawbug laaran
I have a notebook with both a touchpad and a USB mouse. Both are configured for left-handed. But Geneforge2 doesn't care about these settings. Probably it seems a detail, but I am used to these settings since two years, and it's really difficult for me to change. Easygoing Eyebeast Morgan
I have absolutely no problems using Geneforge 2, as a left-hander.
Well-Actually War Trall Fort
I really don't get this. I presume the mouse is on the left of the keyboard. The computer should read all information coming from this mouse just like any other... Do you mean the buttons are reversed or something? And I'm left-handed too, though I use the mouse 'normally'.
Well-Actually War Trall Fort
Still don't get it, but I suppose it's because I've never seen a left-handed configuration. The explanation says nothing to me.
Chittering Clawbug laaran
Oh yes, it is just this silly question of button. I just discovered these setting some time ago, and it is really great for a left-handed. Also left-handed players are quicker to cast spells and better at tennis ! Hum, maybe just better at tennis (really that is true). Seems anyway that no one has a solution. Too bad, but I can still play with right-hand
Articulate Vlish plazma
i have to play using a left handed mouse but i am right handed it is a lot easier if you have a logitech rollerbal because you dont have to move your hand and you just have to get used to the buttons hope this helps
Seasoned Roamer The Geneforge
if you have windows go to Start>Settings>Control Panels>Mouse and then choose Left-Handed. Simple as that
Unflappable Drayk Chivlan
For Christ's sakes. His/her mouse is already configured! He/she was just telling that Geneforge doesn't approve of this, but works like the mouse was still configured for right-handed!
