Hatchling Cockatrice Lilith
Well, you can't, can you? Should have thought of that before committing regicide.
Well-Actually War Trall Synergy
Dead men tell no tales, nor do they read scrolls. -S-
Kyshakk Koan Carranzero
Then I change question: I used the char editor to give me the Vothkaro's scroll, but i think i have to set a flag that i've spoken to him. How do i know which flag to set?
Understated Ur-Drakon Sudanna
Look it up in the file for the town that he's in. After the dialogue where he talks to you, there should be something similar to "toggle_sdf" in there.

Well-Actually War Trall Micawber
You can't. The only person who knows the sdfs is Jeff, and even he has to refer to the bit of paper he originally wrote them on. Nalyd / X / undead person: shut up, you don't know what you are talking about. The Avernum trilogy doesn't have script files for each town like Geneforge. edit: clarification for benefit of topic starter.
