QW2 blank puzzle board in wyrm’s teeth

If I click on a cell a purple circle appears and the grid goes away leaving me unable to place other pieces

 

unless I click on the lower right corner where I get a blue cicle. The grid doesn’t go away but when I click on another grid square I get a purple circle and the grid goes away

 

i haven’t tried all possible second clicks but  I’d appreciate a hint or two

It's not a traditional gem puzzle like the others. You're supposed to hit specific squares in a specific order. There's a clue you can get in the Geld Nas quest line that tells you which to press.

I can’t find Wyrms teeth anywhere in Low Dhaga. I have all 3 regions uncovered at this point, what am I missing?

Wyrn's Teeth is ib the northern most part of Low Dhaga so you have a long way to go.
