Underground River: Pull the switch in the Control Chamber, or turn off the heating pads.

Eastern Mines: Clear a path through the Eastern Mines, Mine Core, and Western Mines.

Mine Core: Clear a path through the Eastern Mines, Mine Core, and Western Mines.

Northern Mines: Clear a path through the Eastern Mines, Mine Core, and Western Mines, and enter the zone.

Western Mines: Clear a path through the Eastern Mines, Mine Core, and Western Mines.

Western Wastes: Destroy all of the spawners.

Valley of the Wind: Kill 5 of the Wind Walkers, and clear the building at the north end.

Spirit's City: Exit to the north.

The Great Temple: Kill Goettsch.

Drayk's Vale: Kill 7 of the Cryodrayks, or have 8 Leadership and pay Rhakkus 3000 coins.

The Sentinels: Pass all 4 sentinels, or go through the southern mined passage to the end.

The West Gate: Kill 3 Speed Sentinels or have the Trajkov Amulet, and use the Entry Baton in the northeast gate.

The Front Gate: Exit to the north.

The Vats: Tell the Servant Mind to clean the air.

Central Labs: Kill 4 guards and 5 patrollers, or have the Trajkov Amulet and pull the levers south of the Stairs.

Holding Cells: Kill 10 of the guard creations, or get through the vents.

Research Quarters: Kill Varya, or have the Trajkov Amulet and complete "Slay Akkat."

The Geneforge: Use the Geneforge, destroy it, or help Trajkov use it.

Shaper Crypt: Unlock the door to the Inner Crypt.

Inner Crypt: Kill Danette's Shade, or talk to it with 12 Leadership.

Guarded Docks: Kill all of the Sholai.

Other notes:

A stand of trees in the Dry Wastes has a 15% chance of opening each time you enter. There's a Wastes Ghost inside.

There's a 20% chance of a Vengeful Spirit being in the northwest corner of the Dry Wastes when you visit.

If you have 6 points in Stealth, you can sneak into the room north of the Drayk Warren in the Drayk's Vale.

To fight pylons, approach from a distance or corner; you'll be out of range of Essence Orbs and its death-explosion.

Trajkov's creations, as well as the two in vats near Goettsch, will vanish when the boss is killed.
