When I leave Castle Vebeaux, I am not given the option to go to Bandits Roads. I can only go to: Trail of Drake; Beraza Woods: and Beraza Woods Contested Terriitory. It has been a while since I played, but a few zones don't open up with just getting a quest there, but also require passing through a zone that you've previously explored.
