It's in Filemaker Pro. So, Tab delineated. Each field seperated by a tab, with a return at the end of each record.

Or,

CSV, SYLK, DBF.

Some of these are straight forward, some are not. Look at Alex and check the "details" checkbox before doing a search to get a feel for this.
