AC1 questions

Two questions.

 

1. Where can I find greymold? I've looked in all the caves I can think of. Am I missing it?

 

2. Where can I find the independence ale to get Simms drunk? Independence City seems the logical answer, but I've looked all over and can't find it.

I think you can find greymold in the caves south of Lancaster but I'm not 100% on that...

You can buy Ale in a bar on the west side of Independence City, just talk to the bartender and see what comes up. I think you just ask him about "inde". You need to get half a dozen or so to get Simms drunk.
