Burgeoning Battle Gamma xuerebx
My party members are all around level 26, and I have never used a wisdom crystal before. I have 10 in stock. When would be an appropriate time to use them? Thanks.
Hatchling Cockatrice Lilith
You may as well use them when you get them: the early parts of the game are the hardest anyway.
Burgeoning Battle Gamma xuerebx
And here I thought I was planning some great strategic move.
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
If you go into combat close to having a spell caster leveling up, then using one is like an energy elixir in restoring spell energy. Same action point cost and you get all the spell energy restored. Synergy
Ineffable Wingbolt Mechalibur
For the most part I usually use them as soon as I get them. Near the end, however, I crafted all my resources into 20-something wisdom crystals so I could get one of my characters to level 35 (I accidentally messed up his skill point allocation, so he needed the extra levels )
Well-Actually War Trall Synergy
What Randomizer said. I use them to keep my PCs levels balanced normally, so they all tend to level up at the same time. But it's nice to keep at least one or two on each PC to give at least one of them the option of doing a quick level up in the middle of a situation where you have run out of spell energy. It's a wonderful, and especially gratifying little exploit.
