Tenderfoot Thahd Limbo_
Damn. Why did I have to miss out on all those awesome items? That undead leather cap sounded most sanitary and delightful. Or am I missing something?
Garrulous Glaahk springacres
They only get dropped at your feet if none of your party has any room in their packs, I believe?
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
Some of the older games still have the problem of items going away if your pack is full, but this game should have fixed the problem. You might have forgotten to look for it on the ground.
Understated Ur-Drakon Earth
what undead leather cap?
Easygoing Eyebeast Jerakeen
Could be referring to the dragonskin cap, which is dropped by some sort of undead in the swampy caverns.
Tenderfoot Thahd Limbo_
That's the one. Found it on some undead waffling about on a lava-float. They looked happy enough for me to loot it from their dead corpses in the most disrespectful manner I could think of. I checked more than once for the item. I had no room in my pack at all. All I ended up with was a wand of alacrity I'd gotten somewhere more south. I think from the mad old man that'd been busy chatting up demons. Mind, it was when I'd gone in to explore a cave, I think it was khoth's crib, that it decided to tell me items were dropped at my feet. Only found the wand, though. When I picked up the cap it informed me that there wasn't any room in my pack, and the item dropped to the floor.
Easygoing Eyebeast Jerakeen
You know about the junk bag, right? If you're soloing the game inventory space might be tight anyway; the thing to do is to keep a stash of excess consumables and equipment in a convenient location. The portal room in the tower of Magi is a good spot.
Tenderfoot Thahd Limbo_
Thanks man, I just went and did that. Took a break of the game for about a month to work on a project, came back and had forgotten everything. I was wondering about the junk bag, too. I'll check it.
