Kyshakk Koan RaustBlackDragon
So I'm playing as a tinkermage and I'm at a total loss for what to pick as my honor token reward. They're things like melee damage, melee accuracy, ranged damage, ranged accuracy, spell damage, healing... do any of these things really have value to a turret-specialist tinkermage? Would the healing bonus actually apply to my healing pylon? Would the spell damage bonus apply to my ice turrets? Or should I just accept the ranged damage bonus as the best I'm going to get? Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
The 4 honor token rewards help the whole party. I went with extra damage for melee, range, and spells and bonus healing. After all you want to kill things faster and heal yourself. You can usually hit everything without better to hit. Unflappable Drayk stranger
Also, none will benefit the turrents.
Kyshakk Koan RaustBlackDragon
...2%? The boost is 2%? Really? Is it even physically possible for that to have the slightest impact on any battle? I'm just stunned. I mean, what kind of reward is that? Every single special piece of equipment I've ever gotten has done more than that... Disappointed.
Hatchling Cockatrice Lilith
Well, it's a permanent 2% bonus to all characters. Equipment bonuses might be 5% or even 10%, but apply only to one character and require you to use that specific piece of equipment. It's not a huge bonus, but it can mean the difference between leaving an enemy at a tiny sliver of health and finishing it off.
Unflappable Drayk ĐªгŦĦ Єяŋϊε
can you get all of them or is it one of the choose some of these options?
Easygoing Eyebeast Jerakeen
I believe there are four tokens in all, so you have to choose.
Magnificent Ornk Kelandon
Four? Good lord. I only came across one. Another thing to find on a replay.... It seems as though there's a LOT in Avadon 2 that requires looking in the right place at the right time. I never found most of the optional fights, and I don't think I completed all of the sidequests, despite trying very hard to (and finishing off everything in the quest list). This is a weird design choice. Not bad, necessarily, just really different from, say, Avernum 1.
Understated Ur-Drakon Earth
I have found 2 so far (next quest is to confront Dheless so quite near end of game) and 1st I found near that Ogre lair (where main char meets Silke/Rainer 1st time after her/his kidnap) and 2nd I found near Dheless's hiding place. Blessings bought from that shaman also increase same amount as BF's trainer.
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
Honor Token locations: Avadon's Tower of Trials if you complete them in time allowed other wise the chest is empty Ogre's Thicket west side after Hundred Claws is dead Stagnant Waters after seeing Vardegras Rockfall Canyon after talking to Hand
Easygoing Eyebeast Triumph
There's an honor token after killing Hundred Claws? Is there a quest for it? Some clue? Or are you just supposed to stumble to it by re-exploring the zone after killing HC?
Garrulous Glaahk springacres
Re-explore the zone after killing him. Explore all the paths that have opened up until you get text that says something about finding a broken scarab. Keep following that path till you run into a bunch of titans and a giant chief. After fighting them, keep going till you see a wall with a body next to it. Click the body to get the token.
Unflappable Drayk ĐªгŦĦ Єяŋϊε
i was wondering about the one by hundred claws. I assaulted the tower and won an honor token and i was able to cash it in twice. so i reloaded and discovered that i had two tokens and i couldn't remember where i got the first from. Or are you just supposed to stumble to it by re-exploring the zone after killing HC? You're told after killing him that the paths will be easier to travel, and if you were paying attention to the map as you traversed them the first time there was one area that should have struck you as very suspicious. Garrulous Glaahk Dear Potato
This is one of these cases in which a achievement/medal can mislead you. Don't get me wrong, my bad for not exploring further, but the fact that the medal "rewards" you for founding two tokens lead me to the concviction that there were only two of them in all the game.
