Kyshakk Koan RaustBlackDragon
Which boosts the levels of turrets more? Is it the same, or does putting a level in the specific turret have more net benefit for that particular turret (excluding the added abilities at 3 and 6)? Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
Turret craft improves all your turrets when built. A particular turret only helps that type, however in the beginning it helps to improve boltflinger so you can have a more powerful one to get through the Demo. Also going from 6 to 7 is better than just improving at lower levels.
Articulate Vlish Hawat
Also going from 6 to 7 is better than just improving at lower levels. Randomizer, do you know how large the bonus is? Do skill points placed in specific summon skills beyond level 6 (so 7 and up) increase the turret level by 4 per skill point, the same way that attack skills get 4 damage levels for each skill level beyond 6? Also, same question but with Shaman creature summons?
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
I didn't crunch the numbers, but that seems to be what happens.
Kyshakk Koan RaustBlackDragon
I didn't crunch the numbers, but that seems to be what happens. so are the right-column specializations my best bet for optimal turrets, even though this has no effect on the most powerful one, or do I want to put the specializations in the middle so that turretcraft gives benefits to the ice/inferno turrets too? Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
I always go with the specialization in the middle since that gives you for everything. But if you rely on turrets to fight and don't want extra damage for fighting yourself, extra armor, and extra evasion, then it doesn't make a difference.
