In fact, if they were dead Hands (or Eyes or anyone, really) I'd guess they'd give them a more respectable burial than just hauling them off in a cart. Those corpses are probably from the attackers. It looks to me like he is telling Sevelin what he thinks of the repairs to the castle while Nathalie looks on. A2C? Ava2? AD2?)...the next game. The only analogous situation in Jeff's games so far is the transition of Alwan and Greta from quasi-developed companions to major NPCs from G3 to G4. First - When we head to the Taewon Empire I'll bet Miranda will show up in some capacity. Second - I'll be surprised if our litttle, yet ambitious, Nathalie doesn't worm her way right into Redbeard's confidence and replace Miranda. Third - For those who have worked on the Mac beta in the past - How long after the announcement of a game does the beta normally begin? Basically depending upon how much of the game engine is new the testing starts 4 to 5 months before game release. The first game announcement was when Avadon 1 was released. So, if we assume the release occurs in late October or so and that the Mac beta takes 5 months, that would mean a start date in early June. Because many bugs are fixed in the mac beta test, windows testers only have to worry about porting bugs, not other bugs or, perhaps more significantly, balance. But now that Jeff is planning to release Avadon 2 for Mac and PC at the same time, the PC beta testers will have to worry about regular bugs and combat balance as well as any porting bugs. Dikiyoba.
