Venom
Do normal horseshoes boost your stats in any way? How does the training you receive from that lady in the woods help you? It says she can boost melee or ranged skills, but those stats don't directly exist in the advancement tree. Is this a behind-the-scenes boost? If so, who does it affect, your main character or all characters?
The Reverend
Normal horseshoes don't do anything - just the lucky horseshoe charm that you get as a quest reward. My recollection is that the melee and ranged skill training that you get for 3000 from Liese in the Beast's Woods shows up in your special items (like the blessing and boon from Unni), and effect all characters. Venom
Thank you, I see it now. Called "Hunter's Blade". As an aside, does the "Reproducing Bulwark" do anything but make bricks in your inventory?
The Reverend
As an aside, does the "Reproducing Bulwark" do anything but make bricks in your inventory? Nope, that's all it does - like most of Nicodemus' "gifts", it's not really useful.
Randomizer
jeff gets really mad if you find uses for those items.
Mosquito---Slayer
Those zombie(skeleton?) summoning thing was sort of useful although certainly inferior to other summoning things. As an aside, does the "Reproducing Bulwark" do anything but make bricks in your inventory? That's not enough? Come on man, you could like build a whole wall once you have enough of the blocks, what else do you need??A cement producer? BMA

Venom
Bummer. I hate getting rid of gifts. Have to think on this one awhile.
Jerakeen
You don't have to get rid of it. Keep it in your room! Start a brick collection!
Earth
or just store those in to your room.
Brocktree
jeff gets really mad if you find uses for those items. I've found the Rod of Attraction quite useful when used by a regenerating blademaster. Blinking Pants also help when used by a missile character (ie. everyone). Callie
unless blinking pants throw char next to enemy (happened few times). I found it oddly appropriate when blinking pants caused Nathalie to be eaten by a wolf. Kelandon
