Well-Actually War Trall Spidweb Posted May 17, 2012 Share Posted May 17, 2012 I have heard back from Steam. Nobody will be surprised to hear that this IS a problem related to the newest Steam update. They are working on fixing it. If they can't fix it soon, I have come up with versions of Avernum 4 and 5 and Geneforge 1-4 that work around the problem, and I will submit the patches on Monday if the issue isn't resolved by them. We apologize sincerely for this problem. It WILL be fixed in the next few days. In the meantime, Geneforge 5 and Avernum 6 do work. As Jeff said it will be fixed for a few games, try playing Geneforge and a bunch of other games on spiderwebsoftware.com They have all awesome storylines...
