A:EftP - Skarragath Help

Seems my last post glitched and is unreadable ....

 

Basically after engaging the Skarragath lich guardian in combat I retreated and exited the area, came back and killed him but cannot figure out a way to re open the southern gate his dialogue had opened. I cannot access the southern wheel therefore I cannot proceed further into the area. Anything I am missing? Help is very appreciated.

Wait, wait, wait. Can you clarify it again? (Thats ridiculous, I haven't heard of a lich guardian in Skarragath...) Or do you mean the skeleton sentinel at the wheel?

Ok heres how you do it...

-Get out of Skarragath

-Download this:<http://www.mediafire.com/?tzczu11jd1xz665>

-replace it with your current dialogue (you may ask me again on how to replace it)

-If the town is friendly again, proceed to the next step

-ask the sentinel on the eastern building

-ask him about the gate

-you will see a wheel just nearby left

-turn the wheel

-kill them all

-proceed to the northeastern side and to Grah-hoth's prison

I've also encountered this, and I don't have any back up saves before entering Skarragath - how do you replace the file with your current dialogue? Thanks!

There's something simpler you can try, though I'm not 100% sure it'll work. With your party in Skarragath, press shift-d to bring up the cheat console and type in the following:

 

sdf 63 23 1

 

then hit enter. Hopefully the gate will open as you approach it.
