Hatchling Cockatrice Aoslare Posted April 24, 2012 Share Posted April 24, 2012 Given what Dread Curses purportedly did in their earliest incarnations (Nethergate in 1999), and given the fact that they show up as traits, I'm willing to bet that they provide a universal damage penalty and perhaps a universal to-hit penalty as well. I have wandered around the Tower of Magi poking into every room without finding the priest who removes it. Does he periodically leave or something? I know I've seen an old guy in one of the triad quarters, but he's not there now. Maybe I should leave and come back? Never mind! I was looking in the wrong places. . . duh. . .
