Hmm....I forgot where the 3rd key is in the Abandoned Mine (Romans). Can anyone help me?

 

Also, how do I get into that secret area in the Commander's quarters? (behind the dining room)

As a reward for the Eye of Cathrac mission (IIRC - one of the missions he assigns you) you get to have access to that equipment. I don't think you can reach the area until that point.

I can't recall exactly where the third key is located.
