Curious Artila aragog
I was wondering.. does it make a difference in the story if you kill thrasher(the battle Alpha in Pacification fields)?
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
No, it's just part of the tutorial to teach you that there are different ways to achieve a goal.
Seasoned Roamer DisgruntledFish
Of course, if you are, for whatever reason, strong enough, you can get some major experience from killing him.
Garrulous Glaahk Yuna Corne
It wasn't that hard to kill him, as far as I remember.
Seasoned Roamer DisgruntledFish
Do you not remember: Quote: for whatever reason I don't think if you played a shaper or some other weak pc, that it would easy.
Easygoing Eyebeast Trenton.
I always wondered, even after you leave and destroy the precence, and come back, thrasher, and the other serviles, are, no, where, to, be, found,?,
Seasoned Roamer DisgruntledFish
Maybe Rawal transferred everyone who was useful.
Fledgling Fyora Luuthian
If you're a Shaper, you can easily kill him if you dumped a good number of stat points into creating Fire creatures. But yeah, he doesn't do anything special. You just get a huge boost to your exp. I'm guessing that you can't return to fight him later because the tutorial is a special event. But if you want a story explanation... Everyone ran away! If you were a servile, would you stay behind and get slaughtered by rogue creations? Probably not! The thrasher just accepted his new found freedom and ran for the hills.
Well-Actually War Trall Acky
Most people don't realize that Dr. Thrasher was indeed a scholar among his people. Despite his short life time, Dr. Thrasher published several notable works that earned him great respect as both a thinker and a scientist. Such works include The Great Art of the Act of Punching, You Can't Get Nuff Ornk Meat, Return of the Five Finger Slap, Why Hungary Rogues Need to Eat, and let us not forget, Squishy Humans - Proper Edible Techniques. Our generation truly lost one of its greats that sad day in the Whitespires. We should carry in our hearts Dr. Thrasher's efforts and use them to guide what we do every day. Rest in peace old chap. If you stand right next to the healing pool, it shouldn't be that hard, only tedious.
