But i didnt receive a single E-Mail , no confirmation Mail that my Order was placed, or a Registration Key. I just wanted to ask, is this normal? Could it be that the Mails are just somewhat delayed? And how long should i wait till i contact the support? Thanks in advance, and sorry for my English, i hope its understandable, i am no native speaker. Spiderweb Software does all its orders manually, so it may be a day or two before someone is able to look at your order and send you your registration key. It can be a tough wait if you've already finished the entire demo, but the company is pretty good at processing orders quickly. Dikiyoba.
