I do not remember recieving the information about the mayor, and recieving the quest about talking to the general. Also, I can't find the general at all. Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer Posted September 18, 2011 Share Posted September 18, 2011 Sergeant Cienna, near the entrance of Blackchasm Outpost, gives the quest to see the mayor of New Harston to get travel papers and to see General Manfred. He gets pissed at the new harston lady for making You find the parzac attempted murderer, so he gives you a very great blessed shield and tells you to give it back once he works this out and he can replace you(which he never does.)
