So Ive got the eye and five keys and my next quest is to go to the Land of the dead but where exactly is that

I cannot seem to find it on the map I am going in circles.

It's in the northeast in an alcove along the eastern edge of Shadowvale fairly close to the village of Nethergate. It's in a big, dead, brown area with a pair of pillars.

Until you get the quest for Annwn, you can't enter the area. The skeletons rising up from the ground in the area are a hint. Once you have the quest you can pass through the pillars.
